i even had fraps running while looting a barn when suddenly everybody on the server died. everyone at the same time for no reason. well except that one little s.o.b. made a hack.. other than that i only had the usual alpha bug deaths while running for about 150 hours now... mostly playing on europe servers though since i'm from switzerland

sounds maybe silly but my brother and I use the windows live messenger audio-chat function, works just fine. for more people i suggest to use teamspeak and if you really have to pay for it i guess you have enough people using it to split the bill nicely..

tell you what. i once ran out of balota and on the treeline outside the village i found a motorcycle in the grass. i took it and drove of. after 200meters the session was lost. when the server restarted it maybe would have been just a few minutes away where the guy left it. when i found a pickup outside a castle, i quickly drove off with it and saved it a mile away to loot a barn when that server restarted. so you never know. next just just increase you search radius.. once rocket wrote though that if you park your vehicle to far out (like way northwest, after the airfield) vehicles get deleted.. (or something like that).

yesterday i walk from the school in elektro across the street into the restaurant vis-a-vis from the supermarket. In pitch black... I enter the restaurant but cant move further, stuck. i throw a blue chemlight which rebounds of a bandits back blocking the stairwell. i watched him probably beeing afk and wanted to loot his backpack. suddenly he turns around and fires a shot at me. i fire back an of course i kill him with my winchester against his makaroni. i died too though, seconds later, due to bloodloss and no way to bandage in time. respawn, going back to that place 30 min. later and got all my gear back. moral of the story. always count on bandits (or something that wants to kill you) you never know what lerks around the next corner. this is dayz and keep in mind the saying. Maybe I am paranoid, but that doesn't mean i'm not beeing followed or watched.

94444 patch. i heard mostly on european servers people talking they're stuck at loading.. american servers were fine, although i died 3 times and respawned with complete gear in the same place. then i joined a DE server that asked me male or female, when i didn't clickt and changed to a chicago server I was again in the forest with gear where I left before. something is surely wrong. btw this happened over about 6 hours

me and my brother once encountered two traktors rolling into town. what i realized now is that they sounded 50 meters away like the offroader from 150 meters away. at least that was my impression..

loving it !!! since the big head mode cheats time, there has been only one game ever i used cheats in. and thats Grand Theft Auto. especially GTA3 vice city and GTA IV and only if no other gamer is hurt by it. i thing thats the only game cheating can even enhance gaming pleasure without a darkside. i wouldn't wanna be one of the banned players since they seem not to be able to experience any single remarkable and astonishing bit that makes DayZ DayZ. and its not even done yet.. anyway, we all love you rocket. or by now i really have to say ''DayZ-Team''

as i think if you got attacked first its not a murder. if you shoot first its gonna be murder instead of ''self-defense''. if you kill a bandit its no murder either, right?

yeah loosing your primary weapon would suck a bit (now I'm walking around with the M 107...) but since this could happen through glitch/death at ANY time, I'm ready for the patch :D also the changes he made seem totally worth even a restart. we all love you rocket xD
