The old Uniforms...

Hi all. Recently I was looking at pictures of the "Police" uniform for DayZ, not sure if it's already in yet, but, I feel as though it doesn't look that lore friendly...It looks more like Russian/Austrian police rather than the original Chernarussian police outfit.

I have also compared the CDF zombie camo to the old CDF soldier camo...The new one is considerably nicer (TTsKO)

I like the old ArmA 2 police uniform better, and yes I agree the new TTsKO zombie is pretty cool.

Which uniforms are better? I don't know, pretty subjective.

 

They both look fine to me. One's red and one's green. We persevere.

In comparison with ArmA 2, Would you say DayZ TTsKo soldier zeds and police outfit is better or the ArmA 2 stuff is better? thats what I mean

I mean, in your opinion, which kind of uniform would you prefer in DayZ? Which do you like better? i'm just asking for opinions

I don't like how the TTSKO doesn't have Chernarus flag patches or how it has the telnyashka as an undershirt. I REALLY hope we get a full set of CDF gear soon.

 

I also thought it was weird how the police uniform looks nothing like it did in ARMA 2. Not to mention it looks more like a janitor outfit than a police uniform. :/

They improved the pants a little, but the jacket looks stupid. It needs to be like the A2 one

They could implement the old one alongside the new one, where the new uniform (non-ArmA 2 one) was the USSR uniform of choice and ArmA 2's was the new one Chernarus adopted post-USSR.

Or they could simply be different police divisions, I dunno.
