what exactly are you talking about, can you elaborate?

if you are talking about a server, you cant. during the development, only managed hosting solutions from established game server providers are available, under strict terms and rules. once the game releases, you will be able to rent a dedicated server and run your own instance with a full set of admin tools as far as i recall

- open google

- type "rent dayz server"

- press enter

 

Should get you where you want to be. It's what I'd do.

Seeing as I'd have to type then what you can read yourself, it seems more efficient for you to search it directly.

Could have taken you the time to go to these forums and make a post...
