Server Spawning refinement

I've been in a server for 2hrs 40 mins, changed server 199 sec's re-spawn time.

 

What are the current timing scales, does anyone know? - its shite at the moment.

 

edit: since waiting the 199 secs the server has a blank screen saying please wait... - ha!

I think he means why after being on one server for so long is he still getting a 200 sec wait time when he switches servers , and that please wait happened to me either and when i logged i was dead :(

I nerver get a waiting time for 1 reason ; Whenever I want to log out from the server, I switch from Regular to Hardcore and vice-versa. Ofc, i'm not playing the same personna, but heh, it gives some diversity to the experience.
