Fluctuation between dark and light.

So, it seems to be daytime on this server, yet I find it becoming as dark as night and usual day light, switching every five seconds or so, I do have clouds enabled, but surely this doesn't happen in real life constantly for an hour?

That cannot be right.  :|

 

I thought this would be about it changing to night so quickly, or the fact that the official servers tend to start out at 3pm and end at around 5am, meaning each server is mostly a night server.
