SoulReaper (DayZ) 0 Posted April 30, 2014 (edited) Ive downloaded battle eye and the patches. Ive whent to arma2.com for all patches 1.6.2 or higher. Ive used Dayz Comander but it says its up to date but when i reinstall Arma 2 on the commander it says Wrong key. I have bought the game. Also i tried reinstaling everything possible. I have counter strike scource and half life to to support missing files but i get a CA missing file but not counter attack. Please somone help me i really want to play. I have been working on this for about a month figuring out whats wrong. I have been Trying to loggon to dayz when all the servers say Bad verion, Server reject connection. then on Arma 2: operation Arrow head it says also Bad version, Server Reject Connection. and then when i find one that has my version it says i have missing files! Thank you install arma2 and run it once, then exit. right-click on arma2 in steam, click properties, then verify the game integrity (it will probably download a file or two) install the expansion and run it once, then exit repeat the integrity verification steps for OA (this may not be required but it won't hurt) install the arma2:OA beta program (it's a small download). load up dayz commander and check for updates on everything there. This worked for me. Counterstrike, Half-Life and other games will have absolutely no bearing on your arma2, OA, DayZ installations whatsoever, they use completely different architecture and engines. hope this helps! 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
kichilron 8550 Posted April 30, 2014 If it says you're missing "CA Dubbing Counter Attack" or something along those lins you will need to make sure you have ARMA 2 installed and the latest betapach of ARMA 2. Rightclick on ARMA 2 in your Steam-List and go to properties --> Local Files --> Browse Local Files In the ARMA 2 folder copy the contents of the "AddOns"-Folder Rightlick on ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead in your Steam-List and go to properties --> Local Files --> Browse Local Files Paste the files inside "Common"-Folder. Are you running it through DayZCommander? If so, what version does it say in your mainmenu after launching? When you get that error, do not close the game. Go to the Main Menu and tell me which versions it shows you for these: ARMA 2ARMA 2: Operation ArrowheadDayZ ok Arma 2 1.6.2 same for arrowhead and dayz its all stable and uptodate i run everthing through dayz commander i download all patches and reinstalled everything ran everything in beta patch. nothing is working. and i did the browse local files and put arma 2 in arrow head files NOTHING IS WORKING Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
