Blur Issue

Been having this problem for a while and just cannot understand why it's happening. Basically I run the game on Medium/High settings and for the most part everything is sharp and clear when it comes to the graphics. However if I run non stop for about 10-25 seconds the graphic quality shoots down. Best way to describe it is that is looks blurry. If I then stop running the graphics go back to being sharp and clear again. Now I've checked my resolution and it's on 100% and pretty much tried everything with even killing my character to see if I was on low blood or something. Yet still no luck. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

disable post processing. you will get a performance boost as well.

my screen goes blurry a lot.. so far the only way I found to fix it was to press esc.  go into configure, click video.. and then back out.. it sharpens things up again and gets rid of my blur.. but I find myself doing this about once every half hour or so.. I had friend try to help me with settings etc. to fix this.. but nothing works.. I still go blurry a lot but the method just mentioned seems to fix it up immediately.. just a pain to do esp. if your running from something, or someone theres not a lot of time for adjusting settings ;)  hope they will fix soon

never had this problem, i think the first reply adresses the issue, sounds like you have post processes running (which almost every one turns off) also there is another video setting motion blur or rotation blur i think, turn that slider to nil and that should stop happening. i personally have never suffered blurring from movement, so unless your system cannot handle the game that would be the only other reason i can imagine would lead to blur when in motion
