I found a DMR, 2x FN FNALs, and a BIZON PP19 SD. Did i do good by taking the DMR? I like snipers better and i dont know how powerful the FN is against people

The FAL is essentially the M14 AIM/DMR without any optics and with much rarer ammo. Unless you find the variant with the NV scope, they're generally not worth picking up.

FN is apparently one of the best assault rifles out there,

However, I enjoy my DMR more, as it goes well with my Camo, FN I use when I enter in towns and such.

The Bizon is pretty rare apparently as well, however the Bizon and FN ammo only spawn at crash sites, so you take a risk. DMR ammo can be found at crash sites, airports, hunting stands.

Yeah, I would have taken a FN, but the ammo was an issue and I didnt want to have it hold me down

I'd take the Bizon over the FAL as well, as long as I have a second long range weapon to compliment it. Having a suppressed, low recoil automatic weapon is great for sneaking through towns.

FN ammo is rare but unless you only plan to fire your primary on near by guys the sniper will likely better suit you.

I picked up a DMR my self.

I packed a SD Bizon with 2 mags just in case a horde gets to be to much...

69 round mag of SD rounds sounds really handy. =)

Will take a ton of bullets to kill any players though...

Thus DMR weapon of choice so far. Just be careful to get some distance when possible.

The NV variant sucks. I found one at a crash site with 5 other FN FALS and left it. Whats the use of a NV only gun? It doesnt have thermal like the L85.

Pretty useful at night time if you don't have goggles. If you server hop to avoid playing at night, then you are correct, it is useless. Would love for you to get into a firefight at night time and attempt to explain how having a burst fire DMR with a NV scope is useless. If you have a small stash set up somewhere, it can essentially replace your DMR at night, while giving you single shot and burst capabilities. This allows you to either carry a silenced weapon as your back up, or you can leave space open for going on loot runs/raids/etc. It is far from useless, it just isn't useful during the day time.
