connection issues two pc using one router

Me and my roommate are hacing problems playing in the same dayz epoch server. the first person who loads into the server runs fine. the second one will take forever to load. Once we are both in we only get like 20 mins of lag free time. any ideas?

just noticed this is for epoch not SA so not 100% this will work, you need to have your post moved to the mod section.
