Broken legs in Standalone [need help]

I'm new to standalone and I just spawned in and I was up in the Guba bay city and I was climbing the ladder to get on top on a building and it was fine, when I wanted to go down it broke my legs and I've searched the small medical houses and no luck for a morphine or splint. I was wondering if someone can come up to me and give me some help?

From what I've heard, Both are good, Fairly sure TMW are easier to get a hold of, though.

You may or may not know that items dropped on the ground stay there until the server restarts.  This gives you an option; drop your stuff, kill your character, then run to your loot. 

 

First thing you will need to do is find a way to kill yourself.  The most common is to either find a zombie to hit you, find a player, or find a high place like a cliff or ladder to climb and jump off the top (yes you can climb ladders with a broken leg).

 

It is important to drop your stuff before killing your character because you only get 10 minutes to loot your own corpse, whereas items on the ground remain for longer so long as the server does not restart.  Find a hidden place like a group of trees near a land mark and take off all your stuff. 

 

Kill your character using one of the methods above.  Re-spawn and then run to find your stuff hopefully before the server restarts.
