I found you have to go into video settings and 'reset' them (as they are already)

or they don't seem to be taken into account since the patch

- looks to have worked for me, but some difference remains

Post processing needs to be forced on people.

 

It has some gameplay mechanics at the moment doesnt it ? like when you are hurt you get blurry vision this needs to be forced .
