Well, how can I fix this problem, it's not affecting the things I do in game, but I wanted to opptimize my game. Any help? :(

Try just removing the entire folder and restarting the game, the contents should then be remade by the game.

That profile has no use at the moment, at least is not there for me since a couple of updates, so don't worry about it, you can tweak your game using 'username.DayZProfile' located in Documets/DayZ folder.
