i'm actually on a server, don't remember the name i should quit to watch which one it is.

 

Sure thing is that inside there's only me and few guys of SDA and ZNZ clan.

Night completely dark

 

Someone shoot me but thank god miss. From the Police station to the school....It with completely dark impossible to see anything and i was walking through obstacles to understand where i was moving, without using any light!

 

Things are 2:

-Cheating

-Brightness and gamma increasment to abuse glitches

Gamme, Brightness on MAX & go to Rendering - > HDR should be set to "LOW"

 

Now you can see everything, just like the others.

He isn't. You can't enjoy night while playing the game properly, because everyone else is abusing the gamma.

That is more or less true yea. I've played at night for the first time a couple of days ago on experimental with 100 people on a server. I've enjoyed it a LOT and most of the people I met there had the same gamma, brightness and hdr settings as mine. After a couple of hours I've noticed that somehow, others can totaly see me while I can't see anything or anyone. Then I switched hdr setting to "LOW" and was able to see everything. To be honest I don't like it because it looks pretty bad, unrealistic and there is simply too much gamma. But still you DO CAN enjoy the night in DayZ:SA, it's all about you, how you play and people you play with.

Not that much, i have to watch down to see where do i walk, If i want to look ahead and aim i can't! Darkness comes again....Probably because other settings are  on low-mid?

Turn off the skies, HDR to LOW, Brightness & Gamma on MAX. That's actually it. I can see everything

Seems work now...jesus..now the game is grey and blue :o so horrible ... :(
