Everyone is so dumb when addressing this problem.

The answer is fucking simple people. Wtf have you all been smoking?

Player places barb wire or whatever.

Player leaves that server. Barb wire or whatever goes with them.

Not true, from my experience barbed wire stays on the server, the server i play on has a ton of wire around the ATC in the NEAF which is always there when I go there.
