Kicked by Battleye

Recommended Posts

Hello!

Just wondering if you could help me, me and a couple of friends run a server with Vilayer and for about 2 months we've been fine.

But a few nights ago one of my friends just kept getting kicked by Battleye, we've tried everything (that we could find/think of)

My friends live together and one of them can join the server and they're fine, so we doubt it's internet modem problems.

Basically:

He can join, but No GUID codes pops up when he joins and roughly 15-30 seconds later he's kicked, with the error
BATTLEYE NOT RESPONDING

He's tried:

Reinstalling everything from scratch (Arma 2, OA, and Epoch)

Manually updating Battleye

Unistalled Battleye and reinstalled

If you need any extra information just ask and any help is appreciated!

Thanks,

Hello there and welcome to the forums,

make sure your AntiVirus or Firewall isn't blocking the BE-Connection. From BattlEye's support:

  • Client not responding: This can happen if the server's or your connection times out for quite a while or breaks up completely. A common solution is to update your modem/router's firmware. Also, make sure that you aren't running "Cucusoft Net Guard" which is incompatible with BE. Other than that, please ensure that there are no problems with your internet connection (you might want to contact your ISP).
