I found both of these weapons in the SAME police station! Is this a rare occurence?

I'm looking forward for a day, when police loot will be properly introduced.

Pistols, shotguns, SMG's and maybe some carbine as well. 

 

Military loot should be really restricted just to military areas. Just dislike the fact that theres so many military bases with barracks though.

kinda strange :) but i found also two sks on the roof of the policestation next to each other.

I have found a sporter 22, mosin on the 2nd story, and an m4a1 on the roof before
