Zombie and player lag

So I'm new to dayz, and i love it.  Except for the fact that everytime I encounter a player or zombie, they lag and bug out.  Ive tried many different servers, but on every server its the same.  Ill walk up to a zombie, hit him twenty times with my bat (not one of my shots registers), then he teleports behind me and kills me.   

 

My fps is fine, and I believe that my internet is fine too.  Whats the problem?

Press "P" to show the player list and check your player name. Is your Desync high or your bandwidth? Sometime I experience lag and Desync while my ping is in the 10s and my desync is at 0, but my bandwidth is in the thousands. ( I have optic fibre and very fast internet) Usually it's in the the hundreds, but when it skyrocket it starts to lag....
