How do I get the next update for my day z right now I have 1.65

If you mean updating your Dayz Mod server (current version being 1.8.0.3 I think) then you need to either speak to your server provider or update the server yourself (depending on how it's being hosted). If it's your dayz mod client that's on 1.65 (so not matching server version) then easiest update is via dayz commander. Either way you may get more support by posting in the dayz mod support forum, not the standalone server support section.

Dayz SA is on version 0.43.116251.
