Hello There ,

 

I see a lot DayZ stand alone , But i also see mods like Epoch .

Can some one tell me what all that stuff is ?

Epoch and all those different islands and what have you as well as the original are a modification of ARMA II: Operation Arrowhead.

DayZ Standalone is a completely different game of itself now; you don't need ARMA II to get it.

Also, Dean already said that there will be mods for Standalone, so maybe we'll have DayZ Standalone Epoch and others, which is pretty cool!
