fletchette ammo type

It would cause heavy bleeding damage and could pierce through hard exteriors. They were used during the Russian-Georgian War so they could be found in Cherno by finding it at old rebel bases and the like.

That would be 122mm or 152mm artillery shells filled with several thousand flechettes... 122mm and 152mm guns do not fit DayZ IMO.

We could definetly use diferent types of shotgun ammo.
Maybe also some non-leathal ones.

Such as simple plastic pellets used for riots.
