the problem is, maybe he was not the one who hacked the ammo, maybe he just looted this. and now you killed him, such ammo makes his round through dayz servers.

nice work and I too have found mags on folks with ammo like that I just throw the mags in a pond or nearest bush.

Put them in a body and hide it, is the safest way to get rid of those things :)
