Arma 2 combined operacion or complete collection

finally i made myself a paypal acc and arma is -75% off so i wana ask should i buy the complete collection or combined operacion

i playad arma 2 free and arma OA demo with 30 fps.. they say that the complete collection makes the textures better does it will drop my fps?

No, it won't change much about your performance. If you can run the game fine you will not notice many differences.
