Will DayZ standalone have all the features of DayZ mod like vehicles, helicopters, building a base? I hope it's going to be!

The suggestions form is where people from the community can post their ideas for the game to have them get shot down by the rest of the community, not to actually help with current or future development.

Not always true, but it can't be helped that the majority of suggestions are badly thought out, poorly explained shite.
