artisan661 13 Posted April 9, 2014 (edited) I think this is how some new players to the game become after they get kos by someone with their 1st few character lives. They most likely tried to be cool with someone in the beginning. Then got killed by them. Then besides still playing as a helpful person. They now think they need to kos since they got kos. I think this is the majority of new players to the game that didnt play the mod. Then you have people who are genuinely a hero type or people who are bandits. I think real bandits wouldnt have waited that long. You wouldve died a lot faster. THen that leads me to believe it was more of a new person(s) to the game that are still trying to figure people out. or people are just bored right now.. I was playing hardcore last weekend, i was a fresh spawn running to elektro, so ofcourse i went to check sniper hill first, there, a guy with a mosin got the drop on me, he immediately told me to drop all my drinks(stupid right? Fresh spawn with no b-pack). I told him to wait, while i dropped my "canteens" all the while im trying to get closer, when i was spitting distance of him, i guessed he used his head and ordered me to crouch, i figured i was dead, then boom, some guy shot the bandit with a double barrel shotgun, then this guy fully camoed with an m4 on his back and a sawn off double barrel told me to step back from the body, i immediately did, i told him i was friendly and he remains quite, i told him i was leaving, at which time he spoke, "i dropped a pistol and some rounds for you", i then proceeded to pick up the magnum, took my eye off him for a sec, sorted my inventory, but then realized he was gone... Like a virtual batman....Moral of the story? Theres non, its just dayz :)Ya i try to be like batman when playing this game, works out better being batman. DO work and be cool. SGT. Kalme 106 Posted April 11, 2014 (edited) This is a death simulator. Accept it how it is and adapt. Or die. And die again. Till you are with the game or out of it.
