I keep getting this problem

I don't know what it means, and I can't fix it.

The list of created players is empty, and when I try to create a new character it doesn't appear on the list.

How do I fix it?

I tried re-installing Arma 2 but not the DLC. Could that be the problem?

Are you starting Arma 2 there and not CO?
