Unlimited ammo - no reload hack

Hello,
Killed someone and they had an ammo clip full of M4 ammo labeled 6.67892e+008/60
The ammo seems hacked. When used it is unlimited and you do not need to reload.
 
I have held onto it in case there is someone that it can be handed to so it can be investigated and fixed.
If this is not possible I can dump it in a bush somewhere.
 
Here is a screenshot, as you can see they had more in their ammo box.

It's not like it takes 150 mags to kill someone.

People that hack need that much ammo because they are horrible at the game. lol!

Probably hacks. But I guess it could be some weird duping glitch?

I would report it and drop it in the ocean or somewhere it cant be found.

This could very well be a hack, or it could be some sort of glitch I guess?

Anyways, I hope this doesn't start appearing more in the near future.

Have you ever seen a hacker that doesn't have an aimbot? It takes a lot more than 150 mags for them most of the time.

They originate from hacks, they are then taken by players who kill the hackers, who may or may not dupe them, causing these mags to slowly circulate through DayZ.

Why do so many people think duping is still possible?  I believe duping has been stopped with the last patch.     So this is either a glitch or hack.

Found the same bugged ammo on a body once. I had some fun with zombies, exploded a gas station, and then... well, I obviously died :D Anyway, when I still was alive, I noticed, that even if you empty the bugged mag and then log out, after getting back into the game, the mag will be set to that 6.67892e+008 value again(without the ammo stack disappearing from the inventory), so I think it's rather glitched than hacked.

I don't think it is a hack it is only a bug of the game that someone has know how to exploit.

Like duping the weapon did you remeber?

After 1 or 2 patch the terrible infinite ammo who would make implode from inside Dayz SA will disappear linke snow at the sun.
