Baseball caps actually filling a purpose

It would be nice if the baseball cap could be seen in first person view, and actually blocked the sun accordingly. The trade off is that you can't use the hat slot for a helmet and such, and the bonus is that when the sun is high in the sky, around noon, the cap blocks the sun's direct rays and the bloom that follows.

 

What do you think of the idea?

Sorry, i don't want to be unfriendly, but i think this is not necessary as i never was like "DAYUM, the motherf***ing sun really should get blocked by a baseball cap"...

would be a cool little feature to see there is someone on here that posted something about visabilty with helmets and gasmasks yestaday... i would link it but cant find it XD I did comment on ot tho you should try and find it :)

it would be nice if it would disable the sunbeam if you look straight but if you look up then sun would come back. but i dont want it like i can see it on first person.

typically I just zoom in to avoid the rays as I run, seems to work.

I have a solution...24/7 night without moon since it can also "blind" you.
