Will a zombie bite stop bleeding on its own eventually? If you disconnect will it have healed over night?

No, it won't. Apparently there is a chance to spontaneously stop bleeding, but that is probably within like 5 seconds.

Go on the hunt for bandages, or try and get lucky and have a small chance of it stopping on it's own

Also I think you can recover some blood by eatting and drinking. I noticed this yesterday when I got hit and I bandage myself then little while later I ate and drank water and my blood was higher then it was before.

You gain 200 blood from canned food and 800 from cooked meat.
