i think my system is close; i5-4670K and GTX 560

i get solid framerate everywhere with max textures if i just lower the post-processing effects. then again, i currently play on a 1280x1024 monitor.

sry i don't have any numbers, but i would assume i get something similiar. i can clearly notice the fps take a dip when i'm in cities, but it remains playable, so i'd guess 20-30.

4yo can be anything from cheap bough back then or the best of the best...my pc is 3yo just as a reference. I mean age doesn't matter if the hardware is still high powered.

I know exactly how you feel, bro. I bought a gaming rig from ibuypower.com a year ago and I'm getting the exact same problem.  Its bullshit because I know people with trash pcs that are getting more fps than me.
