Zombies are now to Op for new players and legs are twigs

I cant stand this anymore I know this is a glitch but please fix this, the zombies can walk through walls and doors and as a new player I constantly die because there is no safe area were I can patch myself up! I constantly bleed to death when attacked by a zombie because it takes too much time for me to run out of the zombies reach! Next I feel my characters legs are like twigs they easily break and I found that if they do break the best resort is to kill myself as it can take hours to find a hospital and then you still need to be lucky to find morphling. These are the 2 things I find most annoying  and sometimes game breaking.

1. Zombies usually dont climb up stairs, so find some building with at least 2 floors to patch up.

2. Avoid running/walking around rocks, dont walk up stairs diagonally (always try to be in the middle), be very very very careful when you are on ship (Rify), slow down when you need to walk down stairs, when on top of ladders dont release W key until player character is on top "properly", when suiciding make sure to find a place with a ladder so you can easely do it again if it break your legs instead of killing you.

Hang in there! I just started playing apparently the day after the latest update.

 

Decided to play DayZ after watching gameplay videos on YouTube but the game is different now. You have to sneek around a lot more. I don't think you can just run around as in the past and pay little attention to the zombies. After 10 hours of total game play, I finally have some gear.

 

I would recommend punching the zombies in the head and run away while they are down. Not worth fighting them till they die. Travel through the woods but be aware that you can still encounter zombies in them.
