cav_guy 62 Posted March 26, 2014 It looks like a blank piece of paper spawned just underneath the landing at the top of the stairs. Monkfish (DayZ) 339 Posted March 26, 2014 As others have said, it's a blank piece of paper glitched through the top of the stairs. It's likely not a dropped empty note as you still have the "read note" option when right-clicking on blank pieces of paper. Drag a pen onto it in your inventory to write a message (this can only be done once, so if it is a blank dropped note then you won't have this option).
