Heart Rate

I apologize if this has already been asked. I couldn't find another topic on it. But how do I check my heart rate in game? And if it is "irregular" how do I fix it?

AFAIK, It is only irregular if you're having a heart attack, and you can only have a heart attack if you're unconscious . However, The way to fix it if you're unconscious and it's irregular, You need a friend to use a defibrillator on you.

You also cannot check your own pulse, A friend must do it.
