Where is this city?

So, my friend was running around and lost his direction, towards north east, and he followed some train tracks, found a train as well, but the city name is nowhere on the dayzdb map :S

 

its called:

yephar norrha

 

Any ideas?

I was just in this town, it's the new one that got added recently, yephar norrha is basically how the russian characters look. I'd give you an SS of the sign, but I fell off a small roof and instantly died ._.
