Fram Rate Issues HELP?

So ive recently bought Arma 2 Combined Operations. I downloaded Dayz and the epoch mod and i have been getting really bad frame rate. I have changed the graphics in game to the lowest lookd up many guides to fix this problem. I get about 10-20 fps when im not in a city.

My computer Specs :

Can anyone help me? i feel like i shouldnt be getting this much fram rate with these specs.

Renember to turn off anti aliasing and that lot. Also make surd your CPU and graphics card can handle it.

I see you videocard driver is from 2010? I would get the latest driver for your card, this may help too.

Tryed both of these any more suggestions still got pretty low fps

No offence but you're running a £40 CPU, and a graphics card which is built for a notebook...

I know my computer may not be the best and i should upgrade it if i can.

Can anyone else help me out i find its problem when theres more people in the server.
