AMD FX8350 - Slows down DayZ ?

In my current system i`am using a AMD FX-8350 cpu and a Geforce GTX780. But even when i turn the game to low settings i get about 20/30fps when i turn around or look at an area, But when i look at the ground i get about 200/300fps depending on where i look. Does anybody know if DayZ is at all coded for the AMD cpu`s ?

Well you wouldn't get much more with Intel either. I also get 20-30fps in cities.

You can tell who runs what, those running while looking at the ground, they using AMD!

 

I feel like Billy Big Balls when I hit 20+FPS...

Lol, so idk what happend but i turned all my settings to high and very high and i get about 80+fps everywhere now :P
