Quite simply

 

Step 1- Start

Step 2- Type "Pointers"

Step 3-Click "Mouse"

Step 4- Click "pointer Options"

Step 5- Click "Enhance Pointer Precision"

 

 

Your game will be approximately 20% smoother when looking or aiming.

Also make sure "smoothing" and post-process are disabled!

Also, alot of people dont know this.

 

If you lose movement control on your mouse and it is just looking around freely, hit the * button.
