Any way to decrease desync

I get tons of desync even when on nearly empty servers, on the latest experimental it is a bit better, but I still sometimes get 100000 desync. Is there anything I can do to decrease this?

I would say wait for the new patch? Other then that don't run other programs while playing but thats all I can think of.

It's nothing your end. Desync usually is the server trying sync everything across all clients. If there is just one single person on the server with an extremely high ping or currently losing connection it can possibly cause Desync.

 

But it's also a normal problem in SA if you're carrying for example a firstaidkit or ammobox, as the containers are a bit bugged.

On the upside they are/where working on this issue over the weekend on the experimental, so hopefully they have it fixed and can push it to stable this Wednesday.

has nothing to do with better internet.

I get desync even when my speed is above average and the server is in my country.

 

currently almost everyone experience this, especially right after going into a server (for me at least)
