lastdog 37 Posted March 16, 2014 Im going to do something crazy here, but try to stay with me. i dont think KOS is part of the game. here is why. for the first time yesterday, i ran into someone while we were both armed who didnt kill me before i saw them. this happened one after another (2 times total) on the NWAF. me and a friend were looting together, and had slowly been making our way there for days, as opposed to just running up there. we had no intention of killing everything we see, but we were scared if someone elese would do the same. the first person practicly spawned on me, and for a bit i thought he was my friend. he had hit me a few times with his fist or something, and because of this i drew my Axe thinking there was a zombie near me. i tried to make contact, and paniced for my life, so i hit him about 5-6 times. then, before i killed him, i ran. i didnt KOS, but attacked out of fear that i didnt know who he was. shortly after, me and my friend ran into one of the hangers. he must have thought i was ahead of him, because he walked right up next to another player with an M4. i already had my weapon out, and was about to start typing to the player, when he reached for his M4. as he was looking right at me, we made the decision to protect ourselves, and attacked back. neither situation had a KOS mentality. both of them where "Kill on judgment" or KOJ. this game needs KOJ. you can kill because your about to be robbed, you want the medical supplies that someone just took. ext. the problem is, KOJ and KOS are divided by a very thin line. Grimey Rick 3417 Posted March 16, 2014 Spawn,spend few hours getting decent loot and then getting killed by some bushwookie sniper ..and over again and again.It's just getting to much annoying,i mean map is so gigantic that you could practically die within a second from some guy that couldn't even attempt to communicate before making that KOS. I'm not tired of this game because of KOS, KOS is the only thing that makes the game fun at the moment. What I am tired of, are repetitive, pointless thread such as this.
