thelonewarrior 886 Posted March 24, 2014 (edited) Good way to narrow access, but holy crap is that out in the open D: Yeah, open for our snipers ;) We found a couple of nifty positions you cant reach around there without being seen, the idea was to let people inside without our teams being seen and have them surrounded if they were hostile as well as having sniper cover, we also had the CQF around the city too covering that part Edited March 24, 2014 by Regulator Lone Warrior
herrjon 478 Posted March 25, 2014 Good way to narrow access, but holy crap is that out in the open D: Not necessarily. The fact that it's on the coast cuts off about 160 degrees of area to cover, and with how flat and open north Berezino is, the only real vantage points are on top of buildings, which can all be covered with the highest point of the smokestack. There's only a couple entry points that are concealed, so all you need is a couple overwatch and a ground team to patrol the area around the gas station and train station and you have the area basically locked down. Unfortunately this doesn't prevent ghosting, but there's only so much you can do.
