Out of food, out of water, legs broken, trapped after falling. Help?

So - while starving and dying of dehydration and looking for food I managed to accidentally fall on the scaffolding of one of the industrial buildings. Now I'm completely trapped, I can't "v" jump or anything, there's no zombies around to kill me, I have no idea what to do. I have little to no gear, nothing to eat that will kill me. I cannot find out how to use my baseball bat on myself, doesn't seem possible. Is my only option to sit here and stare at the screen until I die from starvation or dehydration? Someone please flush out some options I'm missing.

You can always starve/dehydrate yourself.

 

It takes a while but it gets the job done. You already came there starving and dehydrated so it shouldn't take long at all.

I found a solution, although I think it's a bug that actually needs to be fixed. After messing around, I found that if I press "C" my char can stand up even though my legs are broken. How superhero of me! If I then press "v" he vaults! Stepped right over the scaffolding that was holding me hostage before lying right down again. I didn't realize that with your legs broken you could still stand and vault. That is probably a bug, but it's a good thing I could do it. Needless to say I lost consciousness and/or died minutes after this. However, I have a pic of myself crawling after breaking free (below).

I tried, I was hoping it would show up orange, but it didn't. I also had a hacksaw, that could have worked. Either that or eat the 9v battery and shove the flashlight up my butt or something, I dunno, we need a way to commit suicide I think.

Nope this is dumb. Without an ability to get out of things that trap us they first have to go over the entire map to make sure nothing can trap us.
