finowns 3 Posted March 11, 2014 Yeah well, topic tells it all.Random character resets.Happens many times in day - have been trying to swap servers and restarting game, no effect.Other people seems to have this problem too so i wish deplovement team fixes this problem soon. amiasfree 262 Posted March 11, 2014 (edited) I haven't experienced this yet. Are you sure you haven't just clicked on a hardcore server when your geared char is on a regular server (or vice versa)? Edit: or log out in a high traffic area. Your char stays in game for 30 secs after you log out so you may be getting killed by other players/random zombie. If its none of those I'd say its alpha and this pretty much is to be expected. Both use different hives, so you can have a regular character and a hardcore character with different items. So far, that has been the only time I have "lost" items. If you keep having this problem, you likely played on a hardcore server and then found a regular server, since hardcore servers are fewer in number.After 430 hours in game, i do know that it exist two different hives - Hardcore and Reguler - So no, thats not the issue.The issues we are having, and many others is that the hive WILL NOT save you`re character at any time.
