Anyone else crashing more then usual?

So ive been crashing much much more then usual, i crashed like 4 times in 1 hour and i looked through some other topics and people seem to think its due to low ram or cpu? My ram is 8GB and CPU is like i5 4670k graphics card R9 280x 3GB which is preatty good i think, is it the new patch maybe?

 

PS: to forum trolls not a hate thread...
