Severe Issues with DayZ (HACKERS)

I have seen everything players use everything from wall hacks to aim bots, I have seen players who are invisible to the eye but are there able to shoot or melee. I have even seen where players have fast motion or teleporting around the map.  

 

When will battle eye be activated against gaming hackers.

 

Has anyone else experienced these issues....

I've never had experiences like these, but I have a friend that had bad experiences like this...
