I'm asking since i'm here from couple of weeks only.

How often are updates released? I've recently read that cooking/campfires are being developed, 2 weeks sprint. Does this mean we're gonna have an update in few weeks?

0.41 Patch will be releasing this coming Wednesday.

Updates 'usually' release on Wednesday during weekly maintenance.  But if a patch isn't up to their standards, or breaks the game in some way they'll delay it, like the last patch.  However its always 'when it's ready' as opposed to 'shit we need to release in 10 mins'.
