Freeze, lags issue

hi, since about 4 day i'm getting hard Freeze or lag, i explain i running in the grass with a Friend and then i want to Zoom in and my game start to freeze Getting from 50 fps ( in wild ) to 0 for a second but most time it come random yesterday one come when i was on the roof of control tower freeze come and then when it goes i was dead ...
my game is very laggy when i look around etc.
So here is my rig :
i5 2500k, AMD 7970 3Gb, the game is install on a SSD (840 evo samsung) i have 4gb ram running on Win 8.1
 

i really dont know why my game i laggy so hard, when i buy it everything was fine.

if you have any idea to fix this. would be nice. thanks

Did it only just start four days, even though you were playing all the time? If so, are you playing on Stable build? Do you have any containers on you (First Aid Kits /Ammobox)?

yes since 4 days it is like that. before, i have some normal fps drop but not that kind, i'm on stable build 0.35, most the time i've Ammobox yeah but i'm also having that issue when i'm fresh spawn.

I have a 7900 card, and I sometimes get this, but mine also black screens and makes me very angry.  have you tried updateing drivers?

i'm running 14.1 v1.6 beta atm i'll give a try with 14.2 
i dont have any black screens or crash like a friend have.

Also i've edit the .cfg i wonder if that mod dont mess the game  <_<

Sorry for the up, but it seem like the game run smoother without change anything, yesterday my SSD was 20Gb free today it is 40Gb free and the game run way better.
