I haven't been able to find any servers I can connect to that run 24/7 time or short days. Everything is 24/7 Day and its annoying

Agreed.  I can't stand that shit.

I would love to play on a night server but unfortunately due to the gamma exploit it ruins the whole immersion.  Sadly this will most likely never get fixed so the Day in DayZ will be exactly what it is, DayZtime only.  Sad panda  :(

This is the reason I stay clear of night time in the game.  I don't use the gamma shit but I know at least 9/10 others are using it.  Not gonna bother until that's all sorted out.
