Well if he is foolish enough to come and openly threaten to abuse his power if we don't do as we're told then i'd be willing to bet he has abused the privileges awarded him in the past :-/

People are getting a little out of hand with this stuff,and lucky for my group, I found a toolbox once so we have one. But I have never seen another spawn, so I am sure there are plenty of survivors who have no way of dealing with this griefing, minus logging on to another server, moving into the building, then logging back into the server.

Because admins are expressly prohibited from making up rules to suit their own play style. If he doesn't agree with the rules for hosting Day Z then he should not host Day Z. End of Discussion.

Because he doesn't get to choose who plays Day Z on his server, its as simple as that.

Also if a player wishes to claim a building as a base then its his right to do so as long as he can defend it, I don't know many people who do this however as it is a difficult task but its hardly game breaking, if a player seals up an entrance then you simple find a tool box and remove the obstruction.

You assume the player has done it solely to troll you, you cant assume to know the motivations of a player you have never even encountered/met before, perhaps he wants to seal up several entrances so as to only have one way in and out of the building or to set up an ambush, there are several reasons why people use these tools, they're probably here to stay so...deal with it (preferably with a toolbox)

It is actually a massive part of the game. That's why there's a specific item you need in-game to break through the barrier.
