I just started receiving this message and getting booted. Has happened on 3 servers now and not sure if it's a server thing, a bug, or something else? Mainly asking to understand what it means, and if there is a way I can fix it to continue playing. Appreciate any advice. 

 

Edit: Should I submit a bug report for this?

Yes I've had it on occasion too, it's already logged in the bug tracker so visit and upvote!!
