I reach the NW airifled, i get some rifles, equipment, and my buddy is geared too. i have enough

Food for weeks, and same with soda cans. Where do i go from here? 

(ive allready looted NE, NW, Devils, northern towns etc...)

-find the soccer field

-find  the statue piece in the forest

-visit Green Mountain

-find the painting of a man on the ground

-find helicopter crash sites

-visit crashed boat

-visit Kamenka

-find santa

-find the lake outside of the map

Yes there are crash sites but no loot spawns at them currently.

Craft a courier bag with rope and a burlap sack. You don't need that many food items unless you plan to play "UN Food Distribution Simulator" on the East coast (which has actually kinda been fun for me in the past). Slim down on the gear to keep you on the move, constantly having to find food. Maybe even drop your melee so you have to either punch or shoot zombies, meaning you'll have to always seek out more ammo instead of hording piles you'll never use.

 

On one of my previous characters I made it a mission to visit every town on the map (this was pre-Svetlojorsk) and ended up making a complete circuit of the map as well, including a slow jog along the entire coast.

Just go lose yourself in the woods, fields, and mountains up North.  Just go and enjoy nature and see how long it takes you before you have to find your way back for supplies.

 

Needless to say, I can't wait until we can hunt and I can go live in the woods indefinitely.

I agree with Hells High & HerrJon- slimming down your equipment, giving yourself an objective or just getting lost in Chernarus are good things to do. If you get bored of those or they don't appeal then I suppose you could just do what many others do - find someone to shoot.

I was suprised too, but there are some. As raezion420 said, there is no loot spawning in them (yet) though.

Scope out the north, there's the layout for something in the far NW corner, find future stash sites. plot world domination, find the jeep that been run off the road and crashed into a tree visit the bus wreck in the random intersection.

Pretty much. Once you're geared up the game becomes shoot players until you're out of ammo. 

 

But don't mention that, as players on this forum are insufferable fanboys and can't bear to hear any form of criticism.

Oh, and a fun thing to do is to actually blow up a fuelstation.

 

It looks cool and most people don't even know it's possible.

 

You need quite a lot of ammo though.

 

 

Go far enough away and shoot the machine in the middle, try to hit the upper half. We were 3 people, took us like 20-30 seconds shooting with all we had (Mosin, SKS, B95 + speedloaders). As I said, each of us shot at least 10-20 rounds, if not more. But it's worth it! ;)

 

PS: And don't hit it with melee weapons, works too but is not too healthy! :D
