Upon clicking "play" (server list), game crashes

This may be in the wrong section, and I apologize. 

I just purchased the game, and I'm unable to play due to after clicking "play" the game loads about 10 servers, and instantly crashes. I've deleted the BE folder with no avail. Any help?

I've seen fixes saying to delete it and verify cache which I did. If you're not going to provide help and just flame me, get off this post please.

Why did you delete BE ?

Not clever.

Click on "Change Server" to get a full list of Servers, once you have sorted out you BE problem.

That's not the problem....

I can't view any servers, as soon as I see the list start to load it crashes to desktop. I appreciate the assistance though.

I also did a fresh reinstall, it did not fix it.
